Chief Executive Officer

Debra is the CEO of the YWCA of San Gabriel Valley. She served as Director of Strategic Development and Innovation for Jenesse Center, playing a key role in their growth strategies and strategic plan. Debra has over 30 years in program design and project management. She is a social justice activist. Debra completed her Master’s in Public Health from UCLA; she participated in Harvard’s Compliance Officer Training Program; Coro Policy Fellow and Senate Fellow and Policy Consultant for the California Senate. In 2019, Debra graduated from the Executive Directors Leadership Institute administered by the Executive Service Corps of Southern California.
